The Consulting Department at REACH Group conducted a Strategic Planning Workshop for the Ministry of Transport during the period 9 – 16 Feb. 2008. The workshop covered many topics to include: preparation of planning process, developing national objectives, vision, mission and substantial values, identifying strategic objectives and alternatives, preparation and follow up of action plans, and risk management. The workshop, in which the Consulting Manger Eyad Shaban lectured and attended by Secretary General of Ministry of Transport Engineer Muhannad Al-Qudah, focused on exercises and practical case studies in order to enhance concepts of excellence and continuous improvement of processes and services.

The Ministry of Transport had earlier conducted a workshop for all stakeholders in the transport sector to approve the National Strategy of Transport Sector in Jordan for the years 2008 – 2010.
