In its efforts to institutionalize work, upgrade performance and improve operations, the Consulting Department at REACH Group obtained the ISO 9001-2000 certificate.

Consulting Department, which offers services in various fields such as Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Processes Management, Financial Administration, Change Management, Quality Management Systems, Feasibility Studies and Market Research, is considered a center of operations and support unit for all offices of the Group in those fields.

On this occasion, the Consulting Manager Eyad Shaban had reiterated that it is a starting step towards more achievements. He added that development starts from inside. Hence, the department thought that obtaining such international certificate shall reflect positively on the Company as a whole in particular and the Group in general. It will provide also provide competitive advantage in Jordan and the Markets it operates within.

It is noteworthy that Reach Group, established in 1999, started its operations in the Arab Gulf region in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. and expanded to other states. It has offices in Dubai, Sharja, Kuwait and Amman. The Group's activities cover most Middle East and North African region's countries as well as other foreign countries through strategic affiliations and partnerships.
